The company:
Our client is an international company

Main Purposes of role:
To provide excellent customer service in assisting client to find the right service.

The Role:
– To prepare communication programs/kits for existing clients
– To prepare and conduct presentations
– To create and develop client’s lifecycle programs
– Follow up invoices
– To promote new services of the company (Upselling)
– To develop and maintain a strong relationship with existing clients
– To ensure that all customers enquiries are dealt with promptly and efficiently
– To support and Coordinate with another departments
– To report to Director on all on-going Operations
– To deal with clients enquiries, issues, etc.

The Candidate:
– Fluent in English to mother tongue standard
– Any other European Languages will be a strong asset (Spanish or French preferred)
– Previous commercial experience (customer service, sales support, sales, sales office administration)
– Degree educated
– Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
– Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
– Good communication skills and attention to details

The Salary:
£30,000 pa – £30,000 pa + Bens
