A new company is in town!

We are recruiting for roles working on our clients new campaign in Warrington – your job will involve having great conversations with customers. You will listen to understand their reasons for cancelling and use your excellent knowledge of products & services to offer the customer some fantastic offers & savings to enable them to keep our services. By building rapport you will ensure the customer is always on the best value package to suit their needs.

Excellent communication and listening skills
Customer service skills gained in either contact centre, retail or hospitality, or something completely different
Influencing skills with a customer focus
The ability to build rapport and engage with customers

40 Hours per week & Full Flexibility required between hours of 8am and 9pm, 7days a week (8 hour shifts)
