Job Title: Customer Service / Complaints Handling – Nights

An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Services / Complaints Handling advisor to work from 11pm to 7am.

Night Shift: 5 days a week (11pm to 7am)

Salary: £26,000 per year+ Commission (Salary rising to £19.200 after first 3 months)

*Previous experience in a similar role is required for this position: Phone Based, Office Environment, Excellent Customer Service, experience of Complaints Handling. The ability to be able to work nights is very important as you will have to stay motivated and focussed throught put the evening, very suitable for Night Owls.

Customer Service:

– This role focuses obviously primarily on the customer/client itself.

– This includes handling customer complaints and general customer queries about the service we provide and possibly the service they are being provided with.

– The candidate should have a positive, friendly, confident attitude and be able to discuss situations at ease via the phone.

– As soon as we receive any new client, the customer service team sends out a welcome pack to themselves.

– Basic admin work; typing e-mails, sending the above mentioned welcome pack.

– The ideal candidate should also be able to confidently handle our more ‘difficult’ clients and their queries; therefore a persuasive character is also a bonus.

Other responsibilities:

Answer the phone, sending letters and e-mails
Deal with questions and queries
Help with complaints
Good computer skills
Can use Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Negotiate with disputes
Can handle working in difficult situations and irate customers*For this role you will need to be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle, as public transport will be limited, as this job is subject to daylight saving which will go-forward or backwards depending on daylight saving.
