Part Time Accounts Assistant – 25 hours per week – Temporary (with view to permanent) – Witham

Part Time hours are difficult to find but we a have great opportunity if you have good all round Accounts/Finance experience using SageLine50. We can accommodate working 5 hours per day or 3 full working days, whatever suits you! You will need to be available immediately as this is a temporary assignment with a view to become permanent if all goes well. Based in Witham, there is free parking available and good working conditions.

Responsibilities:
Inputting Purchase Orders
Raising Sales Invoices
Bank Reconciliation
Journals
Re-payments and accruals
Clik Database (training given)
Filing
Scanning
Answering Telephones
General day to day office duties

Essential skills:
SAGE 50 experience
Microsoft packages especially Excel as use of multiple spreadsheet
Previous accounts/finance experience as described above

Additional Information:
Salary range £26,000per year
Free parking

25 hours per week
Gymnasium on site
20 days + bank holiday entitlement
