An immediate opportunity has arisen for a temporary Accounts Assistant for a period of 6 -9 months.

Duties will include:

Sales Ledger
-Prepare and raise service invoices
-Assisting with invoicing queries
-Assisting with chasing debts

Purchase Ledger
-Process invoices
-Daily Direct Debits
-Maintain Fuel and Overheads Analysis

Banking
-Assisting with daily bank statement and bank reconciliations

General Duties
-Assist with Sage month end closures

The successful candidate will be:
-Numerate and Methodical
-Have previous finance experience
-Able to work under pressure
-PC literate, with good excel and ideally Sage 200 experience
