My client are an established market leader within distribution and solutions. Holding excellent reputation for service and of retaining talented people within their teams they seek to recruit a confident Customer Services Advisor to join their busy team.
Working from our clients busy Leeds location the role of Customer Service Advisor will see you working with key deadlines and SLA’s. No one day will be the same however when applying you must be confident to work under pressure in a fast paced but very rewarding service team.
Key responsibilities include:

Dealing with customer service enquiries over the telephone and via email
*
Problem solving and investigating shortfalls
*
Production of reports for customer as and when required
*
Updating spreadsheets when required
*
Keep updated other associated systems and teams
*
Managing various tasks and projects at any one time
