Our client based just off Junction 28, the UK’s leading Health Care pre-wholesale provider, are recruiting for a Full time Customer Service Advisor to permanently work within their busy customer service team
The purpose of the role is to ensure that customer satisfaction, quality and efficiency are achieved by providing excellent customer service and thorough and precise administration support.
Duties will include
• Dealing with customer enquiries
• processing customer orders
• Follow up preliminary orders
• Liaising with the Customers with regards delivery and specification issues
• Working to agreed service levels
• Working closely with the customer to convert orders
• Data entry of customer orders
The successful candidate must have previous office based customer service experience, good I.T. skills and a professional telephone manner.
Hours of work are Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm / 9.30am – 5.30pm
