A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Controller to join an established company based in Warrington.

The purpose of the role is act as the first point of contact for the Customer and the Account Manager and ensure that the companies’ SLA’s are met and exceeded.

Based in Warrington, Cheshire, it is commutable from Altrincham, Partington, St Helens, Widnes, Lymm, Birchwood, Culcheth & Irlam

Duties will include:
Acting as a point of contact for customer queries and escalating to the team leader if necessary
Ensure all customer orders are accurately input on to the companies in-house system
Liaise with other company departments to ensure that customers specific requirements are met
Complete KPI reports as and when required
Communicate any alterations or changes with relevant parties
Ensure all queries are handled within Service Level Agreements
Build and maintain good relationships internally and externally

Previous Experience required:
Prior experience in customer service – Essential
Excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills
Good communicator in all aspects – telephone, face to face and in written
High attention to detail
Flexible and motivated self starter who is able to work on own initiative
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise own workload
Be able to multi task and manage many issues simultaneously is a fast paced environment
Well presented with a positive, proactive, professional approach
Ability to manage difficult situations and resolve disputes
Fully proficient with MS Office especially Excel and Outlook

For this role it is essential that you have at least 5 GCSE’s or equivilant at Grade C or above including Maths and English

You may be currently working as a Customer Service Advisor, Call Centre Advisor, Helpdesk Advisor, Customer Service Assistant, Customer Service Coordinator, Call Centre Advisor or Call Centre Coordinator.

In return the successful Customer Service Controller can look forward to a competitive salary of up to £26,000.
