Account Manager – East Midlands

Position: Regional Account Manager – Peterborough
Location: Peterborough
Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 OTE £45-50k + car + benefits

THE COMPANY:
DMA are working with a significant player in service sector where an opportunity has arisen for an account manager to join the team.

THE ROLE:

– We require a confident and professional Account Manager to develop our Regional Key Accounts through retention and growth.
– As our Regional Account Manager your purpose is to maximise all the opportunities to retain customers, increase revenue and profit through an excellent interface with existing customers.
– It is a role that requires exceptional customer focus and an individual who continuously looks for improvements on behalf of our customers.
– We will expect the right individual to update Account Management plans, budget growth and revenue/profit, revenue increases within existing portfolio of customers and to make sure service level standards are understood and achieved.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

– Ideally we would like someone who comes from the waste industry or related waste management sector.
– A proven track record at Key Account Management Level and the ability to provide evidence of growth and relationships developed is required.
– Exceptional customer service is a prerequisite.
– It is key that you the ability to work well with internal and external networks with sound business acumen.
– Fundamentals of a high calibre sales professional eloquent communicator at all levels a prerequisite.
