French Speaking Account Manager

Salary: £54,000 per year

Account Manager (French Speaking) – Manchester – £54,000 + (£65k OTE) per annum plus company benefits

Our client is an extremely well established and successful IT firm based in Manchester; due to their continued success they are currently expanding their team and recruiting for a Technical Account Manager who can speak both French and English.

Main responsibilities of the role will include:

• Understand the business needs of clients, and identify their operational challenges and KPI’s
• Demonstrate how and where our clients platform and technologies can help
• Identify underlying uplift opportunities
• Gain a thorough understanding of the financial KPIs
• Engage in a detailed assessment of current client platform configuration when required.
• Collaborate with New Business Sales to help close prospective clients.
• Understand the competitor landscape to ensure that our client continues to be best in class, identifying the strengths and weaknesses against our clients competitors.
• Deliver and manage transformation road map development and prioritisation for assigned Clients.
• Manage assigned service transition and new client on boarding projects.

• Excellent written and spoken skills (English and French)
• Excellent time management and prioritisation
• Demonstrate consultative sales technique’s and issue resolution
• Strong business acumen and proven ability to uncover and understand key commercial drivers within your client base
• Identify upsell opportunities and close within client base
• High touch Project Management Skillset
• Ability to deliver high-quality call time within the defined engagement framework
• Willingness to learn and build knowledge in IT technologies
• Adaptable to business change with abilities to put forward thought-through ideas

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge in Financial related software solutions
• Understanding of DevOps and ITIL methodologies

Hours of Work – Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm
