Salary: £26,000 – £26,400 per year
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this growing company specialising in environmental services as a Customer Care Account Manager. A basic of £26,000 – £26,400 on offer with a performance bonus creating an OTE of £28.5k.
The successful candidate for this Customer Care Account Manager role will be motivated, driven and ambitious. You will have gained some experience in a client liaison role within a B2B environment. You will ideally have previous experience in account management or customer service. You will be joining the company training academy where you will be given the opportunity to train for other roles within the business from Finance, Marketing to logistics. You will have continuous support and coaching to reach your potential.
The Customer Care Account Manager role will include:
* Using the CRM system to connect with a wide variety of businesses across the UK.
* Holding client meetings over telephone and video conference either via MS Teams or Zoom
* Grow your existing accounts to maximum potential
* Grow the company reputation and brand by offering excellent customer service
