Title: Experienced Customer Service Executive

Salary: £26,000 per yearplus commission (OTE £20K)

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and results driven Customer Service professional to join a well established business and support their successful Customer Service Team.

The Role:

You will be responsible for making contact with customers with the intention of enhancing customer service, while effectively promoting and cross-selling related services. A team player you will ensure the highest level of productivity for your self and other team members.

Responsibilities:

Outbound calls to promote and sell all related services
Building direct customer relationships
Referring all specific enquiries to the correct department
Accurately recording all information on databases
Ensuring all calls are answered promptly and efficiently
Any other administration duties as requiredWho we’re looking for:

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills. You will possess the ability to prioritise your own workload and to accurately record and process information. You will have good knowledge of Microsoft suite of products including Word and Excel. Experience of project management or working with databases would be desirable. Call centre experience would also be advantageous.

Hours:

Monday – Friday 9am to 5.30pm (may potentially include weekends).
