Salary: £26,000 per year
We are looking for someone to join our clients Customer Service Team based in Rugby.
If you can demonstrate excellent Customer Service skills, SAP working knowledge and enjoy working within a fast paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Your main responsibilities will be
First Point of customer contact, managing queries and establishing requirements.
Taking calls from customers to progress orders and pass delivery information
Completing and entering sales orders onto SAP system
Completing and entering quotes into SAP system
Dealing with customer complaints
Assisting customers with order queries
