German Speaking Customer Service / Client Services – 3pm-11pm

Please note this role is a 3pm till 11pm shift and is initially a 6-12month contract.

The Role:

Works with internal departments (sales, production and IT) on document and site preparation
Effectively identifies and anticipates clients needs
Independently manages multiple projects
Point of contact for multiple client projects
Responsible for developing effective and positive client relationships
Ensures project deliverables for client are accurate and timely and monitors progress on project deliverables
The Candidate:

Fluent German and English
Excellent communication skills
World class customer service skills
