Customer service advisor – Preston – £26,000 per year

Housing customer service advisor – Preston – Long term temporary

Your new company
You will be working for a housing association located in the Preston area. This organisation has a housing stock of over 30,000 and different offices around the North West.

Your new role
Will be working as part of a team taking incoming calls and dealing with rent enquiries, repairs and maintenance reporting. You will also be giving advice to residents on benefits, standard housing policies and procedures. you may also be required to assist in rent negotiations with customers, ensuring arrangements are affordable to residents.

What you’ll need to succeed
You will need excellent customer service skills, the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced team. For this role, you will also need previous experience in a similar position as the client is looking for you to be able to hit the ground running.

What you’ll get in return
You will get the chance to work with a large well established housing association on a 4 week temporary basis, with the view of the role being extended. You will also receive regular weekly pay with the opportunity to earn holiday pay.
