Salary: £26,000 – £33,600 per year
IT Support Engineer – Up to 28K – Watford – Work From Home and Flexible Working
An exciting new opportunity has become available within a Managed Service Provider based in Watford. You will work with an exciting portfolio of clients and get the chance to travel on site.
They are looking for enthusiastic, passionate individuals to provide first class support for a expanding and established customer base. You will have the responsibility of customer issues from start to finish, working alongside other IT Support Engineers when necessary, to provide excellent customer experience.
IT Support Engineer Skills:
* Microsoft Operating Systems (including O365)
* Windows Servers 2008 – 2019
* Networking
* Active Directory
* Installation, configuration and maintenance
* PC Hardware
Personal Profile
* A good technical aptitude/ability
* Great attention to detail and ability to show initiative
* Ability to prioritise, manage and perform to meet SLA’s.
* Excellent knowledge of Customer Service best practice.
* Driving License and own form of transport
You will be a motivated IT Support Engineer, a good communicator and have a natural desire to deliver amazing customer service. The successful IT Support Engineer should have strong problem solving abilities, organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
