Operations Manager

We are currently recruiting a Operations Manager for a Multi National Food manufacture in Saidi Arabia.

This role Is a fantastic opportunity for an established Operations Manager to
head a senior exec position responsible for 6 to 10 site must have leadership experience and proven track record working for a multi national FMCG.

Core responsibilities: Overall management of multiple food manufacturing sites including blow molding primary packaging sites to achieve the overall production output capacity at a cost effective & efficient operation in accordance to corporate goals and objectives as well as sustainability of short & long term business strategies.

The salary expectation is only approx. guideline and will be decided based on the candidates qualifications, experience, competencies and achievements:

1. 39 days holidays per annum
2. Company car provided or car allowance if you choose to have your own vehicle
3. Basic salary GBP 60-70K tax free per annum (Or any other Currency)
4. Housing allowance 4 months of your basic salary
5. Mobile phone allowance
6. Private health cover
7. One paid flight per annum
