Due to the ongoing success following the launch of our Sport packages, we are looking for Retention Advisors who can be adaptable on every customer call ensuring customers are dealt with promptly and effectively resulting in a one contact resolution on every call.
About you
will complete an industry leading Induction and Training Program to ensure you are equipped to be successful in your role. Ideally experienced in customer service, retail or sales assistant roles, you will be focussed on customer experience and providing excellent service levels.
You will be confident and patient taking responsibility for your own performance ensuring you effectively work to targets and quality measures whilst receiving regular coaching and feedback.
Purpose of the role
Taking inbound calls you will deliver exceptional customer service ensuring customer enquiries are resolved effectively, to be the first point of contact, retain and determine the correct package and proactively sell great new products.
Hours
Full time 37.5 hour week
The centre is open from 8.00-21.00 Monday to Sunday. Latest finish on Saturday is 2000 and Sunday 1800.
