Revenues and Benefits Customer Services Advisor | London
Our client, based in East london is looking to recruit a Revenues and Benefits Customer Services Advisor. The role is for a Customer Services Advisor to work within the Revenues Team.
The role includes:
Working within the Revenues dealing with Council Tax administration.
Maintaining accounts.
Ensuring that associated benefit assessments and payments made are correct and up to date.
Adhering to national legislation.
Meeting statutory time limits and section targets.
Ensuring all areas of administration and data input are achieved.
Providing a high level of customer service to the residents.
The ideal candidate will be/have:
– Experience of working in Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit to be considered.
– Experience of Capita Academy software system.
– Good HB/CTB knowledge
Salary range is between £18 – £24ph
