Maintenance Controller / Service Desk Advisor

At Babcock, our Maintenance Controllers provide an extremely high level of customer care and response to our Critical Services customers. Working to clear call and quality targets, you will ensure that new Repair and Maintenance queries regarding broken-down vehicles are progressed in line with expected service levels.

Significant experience in a customer call centre is essential, with a good degree of computer literacy and a professional, reliable approach. You will also have the communication skills to build rapport and understanding with internal colleagues and external customers.

Security Clearance can be verified and may be transferred to a new employer if required. If you do not have the Security Clearance required for a particular role you would not be able to start your employment until clearance has been obtained. In some instances this will require UK criminal and security checks and a credit check. In order to gain Security Clearance you will normally have had to have been a resident in the UK for a minimum of 5 years.
