Salary: £33,600 – £36,000 per year
This service based company are looking for a Service Desk Manager who will be responsible for a team of 3 staff and all customer relations for the company.
The company are set in a beautiful converted house within a rural location, they are a relatively small company but are very well established and part of a larger group.
You will be responsible for the day to day management of 3 administration staff – this will include training the team, dealing with performance reviews, hiring/disciplinaries, ensuring KPI`s are met, maintaining client service levels, managing reports, processing customer quotations, invoicing and occasionally visiting clients, dealing with customer complaints and escalations.
You will have proven leadership skills, experience in supervising staff, a high level of attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills. You will also be an excellent communicator both on the phone, face to face and via email and have good numeracy and literacy skills.
Your salary will be £33,600 – £36,000per annum + free parking.
