Customer Service Advisor

Our Banbury based client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to take a proactive approach in coordinating and communicating any customer information, enquiries and complaints to the relevant managers/departments and assist in finding a solution.

General duties include:

– Act as first point of contact for queries and complaints
– Monitor deliveries, update necessary stakeholders of any issues
– Deliver Customer Service KPI’s

Skills/experience required:

– Previous experience within a Customer Service role
– Computer literacy skills
– Excellent communication skills

This is a permanent full-time role Salary: £26,000annually. Working hours are Monday – Friday office hours approx 8:30am – 5:30pm.
