HR Business Partner

Salary: £54,000 – £60,000 per year

Our client is a large/ expanding fresh food manufacturer. Having recently won a few large contracts to supply, it is an exciting time to join, due to the company going through significant growth. Providing HR BP support for their site in Stevenage, your role would be responsible for;

• HR generalist guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
• Employee Relations; liaise /advise on disciplinaries/ grievances, ensure accuracy of documentation provided 
• Run/ chair and feedback on employee engagement meeting 
• Support various change and growth projects
• Being the positive voice of HR 
• Recruitment / talent attraction support.
• Various other HR projects

Requirements / previous experience: 

• HR generalist experience including end to end ER experience
• Ideally experience of working in a fast-paced blue-collar environment 
• Strong communication skills with the ability to develop excellent cross functional relationships
• Proven attention to detail /strong organisational skills
• Ideally studying towards CIPD
• Drive and have a car
