Sales Marketing Manager / Business Development – London to £50K Basic + OTE Bonus Scheme, Car.
Our client is a well established blue chip organisation within the HVAC industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the market leaders in the HVAC industry.
The Role:
An excellent opportunity is available for a hardworking and motivated Sales Marketing Manager to work for a leading building services service, maintenance and installation company.
Due to recent growth in their projects division, our client is looking for a Sales Marketing Manager to promote their service & maintenance services to Facility Managers, Building Managers, Consulting Engineers and end users.
The successful candidate will be a capable of driving the business forward, selling service and maintenance (PPM) contracts for clients HVAC equipment. As part of the role you will be responsible for attending sales appointments, managing and completing PQQ & ITT’s, develop and implement effective marketing strategies and plans. Generating opportunities and turning them into long term profitable clients.
The Candidate:
As a Sales Marketing Manager you will be required to:
• Play a key part in the delivery of a 5 year sales plan
• Formulate and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Increase market share by establishing long term profitable business relationships.
• Promote the business service offering and secure PPM contracts to Facility Managers, Building Managers, Consulting Engineers and end users.
• Manage and deliver high scoring PQQ and ITT submissions
To be considered for this role you will need:
• Have extensive experience of operating within the UK – HVAC service market – This is not negotiable.
• Proven track record of B2B sales and working with clients to deliver their needs.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
Location: London & Home Counties
