Talent Acquisition Recruitment Manager

The award winning CPS Group are looking for an Internal Recruiter to help increase headcount in our Cardiff and Swansea offices, and into two new offices opening up shortly in line with our growth plans.

Reporting to the board of Directors, The Talent Acquisition Manager will contribute to this strategic growth of CPS Group by identifying, recruiting and on-boarding talent, primarily into our Recruitment Consultant population.

The successful candidate will liaise with senior stakeholders within the business to agree, develop and execute a recruitment plan for each of our Divisions and the various offices within the group.

In addition, this role offers the chance to support the board and senior management team in the delivery of various projects including, but not limited to: Marketing, HR, Event Management, PR and 3rd party relationship management.

Duties & Responsibilities:

*Recruitment of staff into CPS Group ensuring quality candidate are shortlisted via pro-active resourcing
*Conduct telephone and face to face interviews
*Responsible for ensuring effective candidate management throughout the process from initial application to offer stage
*Manage the on boarding/induction process of successful candidates
*Responsible for monitoring the company absence and late records
*Conduct return to work meetings with all employees when appropriate
*Manage the relationship with our recruitment partners (rec-to-rec providers)
*Support the Board and Senior Management Team in the delivery of various projects
*Data collection and collation
*Liaison with Marketing & PR Partners
*HR Administration
*Diarising Events/Calendar Management

Experience and Behaviours:

*Previous Recruitment and/or HR experience (internal recruitment or agency)
*Highly organised and structured approach to task completion
*Excellent communicator (face-to-face and over the telephone)
*Supplier Relationship Management
*Proactive and flexible with an ability to multi-task and be passionate about the job and the company.
