Location: Leicester + WFH

This leading multi-national company is looking for an outstanding individual to join their UK Talent Acquisition Team. The company has achieved significant growth over the last few years and with an ability to attract fantastic staff across their UK sites their future is even brighter!
This role reports into the Talent Acquisition Manager, an individual who inspires and supports to get the best out of her team and will empower the new Talent Acquisition Specialist to deliver exceptional results.
The Role:
- To provide ongoing reports focusing on cost, routes to market, time to hire, etc
- To train and up-skill hiring managers with a focus on recruitment best practice
- To fully utilise LinkedIn and other platforms to support in building the employer brand in the UK
- To create job adverts to attract talent to the business
- To source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- To continue with the reduction in agency spend and the dependency on third party support through direct sourcing
- To facilitate briefings with hiring managers to understand their requirements
- To support the wider business as a trusted advisor providing recruitment insights
- To objectively assess, influence and challenge as appropriate to deliver results
- To review the routes to market strategy liaising with job boards, providers and agencies
- To take ownership of the ATS ensuring records are maintained and adoption of the system is utilised
- To stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices across the market
The Person:
- Proven recruiter with experience either in-house, RPO, or agency
- Technically familiar with using an ATS system
- Proven experience with different attraction methods (Job Boards, LinkedIn, etc)
- Confidence to challenge and gravitas to influence
- Ability to build good working relationships at pace
- A confidential approach to sensitive situations
- Strong project management & organisational skills
- High levels of integrity
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Computer literate
