Salary: £54,000 – £60,000 per year

Anderson Knight are recruiting a Talent Acquisition Manager for our city Centre Glasgow born client. The purpose of this role is to manage a team of recruitment professional to ensure an excellent resourcing service is delivered for the business.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* You will be responsible for managing, leading and developing a team of recruitment professionals

* You will be required to review and develop recruitment processes.

* Create and implement tools to attract good quality candidates

* You will be required to review and update both internal and external documents including application forms, employee contracts and any other recruitment documents

* You will be responsible for communicating and promoting any changes to processes / policies to stakeholders throughout the business

* You will be required to provide advice to the management team on recruitment

* You will be required to create and deliver presentations/training to management

* You will be responsible for maintaining a pipeline of talented candidates

* You will be review current recruitment channels and sources and making recommendations of any changes where needed

* You will conduct evaluations and prepare job descriptions and profiles

* You will be required to deliver competency-based interviews and assessment centres when required

* Maintain internal applicant tracking system and generate employment reports as needed.

* Ensure contracts of employment are produced accurately

Experience, Qualifications & Skills:

* You must have previous experience of developing and managing a recruitment team preferably within a high-volume internal environment

* You will have previous experience or designing and implementing effective resourcing strategies

* You will have effective stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

* You will have an excellent knowledge and understanding of employment law and recruitment best practice

* Strong reporting skills with the ability to interpret MI data and provide solutions to recurring recruitment challenges

* Proficient in MS Office packages including Excel and Word is essential
