Customer Service Representative

Salary: £14.4 per hour

LOCATION: Fleet, Hampshire

BASIS: Hybrid – (Office based 4 days p/w)

HOURS: Mon – Fri 9.00am – 5.30pm

We now have an exciting, full-time opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our award-winning Customer Service Team to help us continue delivering exceptional customer service and going above and beyond for our clients.

Ideally you will have previous Customer Service experience either in a face to face or office-based role and a friendly and approachable approach to customer service

Key Responsibilities

• Answering the majority of incoming calls to the business and transferring them through to the relevant departments
• Responding to and answering candidate queries using our structured resources via email, telephone and live chat
• Providing essential support to the Customer Service Coordinators and Sales teams by running database searches on behalf of our clients, producing job reports, posting vacancies, as well as other additional duties
• Completing tasks in a timely manner to achieve your daily targets

Requirements

• Extremely organised with a high level of attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and strong IT skillset
• Self-motivation and drive, with the ability to prioritise your workload
