Customer Service Representative

Salary: £28,800 per year

SF Commercial team are recruiting for a full time Permanent Customer Service Representative to join a well-established business in Kettering.

Salary is £28,800plus benefits. Monday to Friday (37.5 hours a week)

The main job purpose of the Customer Services Representative role is to be first point of contact in the Service centre, ensuring all queries are responded to adequately and in a timely manner, assisting the Manager in delivering the highest quality of service to customers, and internal departments

Main Responsibilities

– Fielding of telephone & email queries, following through to resolution within agreed and speaking with customers about items which need to be scheduled for repairs
– Issue of all estimates to customers with responses chased within the agreed timeframe
– Receive & issue of all estimates with responses chased within the agreed timeframe
– Ensuring responses to estimates are issued to department heads in a timely manner.
– Assist Administrator in other tasks, business dependant.
– Any other reasonable duties as required
– Processing of credits such as broken tool orders & repair orders
– Completes tasks with a concern for all the details involved

The ideal candidate: –

– Solid IT Skills and knowledge of ERP system functions
– Ability to understand and respond correctly and appropriately to customer queries
– Strong attention to detail and time management skills
– Strong understanding of daily/weekly targets in an assembly environment.
– Able to maintain strong working relationships with other departments and customers.
– Flexibility to match workload flow and train in other areas/departments.
– Adaptable and flexible
– Always establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers
– Consistently shows a passion for getting things done & meeting commitments to others
