Salary: £26,000 – £28,800 per year
Currently recruiting for a well-established and forward thinking company who specialise within home furnishing. I am looking for a an experienced French Customer Service Co-ordinator to join a close knit and positive team located within the Manchester area. The company, who pride themselves on staff retention, customer service and a positive place to work are seeking someone who can provide exceptional customer support to all of its current clientele.
The successful candidate will be required to ensure accurate and efficient knowledge of their product portfolio, managing all questions and issues relating to stock and delivery and going above and beyond for each customer.
Summary of Key Accountability’s
Co-ordinate product delivery by working with customers, answering all questions and issues
Acting as 1st point of contact for trade and private clients
Management of customer stock through utilisation of the web based stock management system
Maintain excellent customer service
Giving advice and guidance on all orders
Promoting the brand at every opportunitySkills & Experience Required
Strong numeracy and literacy skills
Confident, professional and credible telephone manner
Intermediate – Advanced French language skills
Minimum 3 years in a customer service office environment with excellent customer focus
