Project Manager

Salary: £48 per hour

Project Manager | £40, 000 + bonus | South West London| Fit Out & Interiors | Permanent

We are looking for a client focussed Project Manager to take on a role within a D&B fit out contractor whose reputation and repertoire spans over 3 decades.

Delivering office interior solutions to a range of clients, the client focussed Project Manager will work with clients to deliver repeat business to existing clients only, up to a contract value of £150,000.

The role is absolutely vital to deliver client satisfaction and speed of delivery. The Project Manager will be responsible for taking the brief, providing the client with an accurate project cost and programme and project managing the works paying particular attention to health and safety.

Project Manager – key responsibilities:

* Respond to and follow up repeat business/churn enquiries from existing clients

* Prepare proposals, plans and programmes that demonstrate the works and the timescales for implementation to agreed Service Levels

* Maintain and develop computerised records of the works

* Maintain and develop a relationship with the existing clients so that they are in no doubt as to who to contact for repeat works

* Agree Service Levels with the Project managers and the Client.

* Liaise with and attend meetings with Sales, Design and Project Management to assist with business and organisational development

* Place orders with subcontractors and suppliers in an efficient and timely manner

* Submit invoices to the client in a timely manner and ensure payment within the agreed timescales (See KPI’s)

* Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills
