My client a global organisation with offices based in Weybridge are seeking an experienced order processor for an exciting new project, the purpose of this role is to prepare and maintain customers’ orders, ensuring they are processed in a timely and accurate manner. To deliver a high quality professional service to external customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities will include:

Produce quotations using SAP
Processing and checking orders
Communicate with credit controllers regarding credit checks
Respond to and monitor customer queries relating to deliveries
Sourcing products
General admin

To be considered you will have:

A good level of Education, including Maths and English
Order processing experience of a product
Proven Customer Service/ Administration experience
Strong Excel Skills
SAP would be an advantage
Good IT knowledge and ability to use systems
Exceptional attention to detail

This role is working Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and will initially be based at home and in the office. please apply to be considered!
