Salary: £78,000 – £96,000 per year

We are currently seeking a senior professional with significant food manufacturing experience to join a growing business within a fast paced, challenging but rewarding environment.

You will be able to demonstrate outstanding leadership skills that will allow you to deliver industry leading results. There are some outstanding performances across the business, but why stop there? You will be people focused and passionate about development. Of course for your team but also within your own career; the sky is the limit on this site. With the current Site Operations Manager searching for his successor, you will be given the exposure to the areas needed to take the next step.

You will be naturally, analytical and think outside the box. This is a business where change isn’t just talked about, it happens. If you would like a voice to be able to implement change and drive things forward, this role could be for you.

It is essential you have a strong food manufacturing background; a track record of success operating as a Factory Manager/Operations Manager, Senior Production Manager or Site Manager. Chilled experience and exposure working with the major retailers is highly desirable.
