We are a successful and growing food manufacturer now looking for an experienced Factory Manager to lead the team in the future.
Most importantly you must be a people person who is very comfortable on the shop floor, this is definitely not an office job!
This is a hands on, leading from the front role, being seen on the shop floor is critical to this position.
A key mentor and supporter to the manufacturing teams with an eye for detail and a passion to drive performance improvement.
You will be familiar with the key financial drivers associated with running a manufacturing plant, Bakery experience would be desirable but not essential.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to shape the manufacturing agenda in the future with plenty of autonomy to get things done.
