Location – Gloucestershire
Salary – £33,600 – £36,000depending on experience

3rd Line Support person required for a local Gloucestershire based company specialising in IT Infrastructure + support service, and Managed Services.

The successful 3rd Line Support Analyst will be in a customer facing role, dealing with clients’ server and technical issues.

It is essential that you have: Windows Server 2000 – 2011 including ( Small Business Server ); Active Directory; SQL 2000 – 2008; Terminal Services, IIS, Linux, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, strong knowledge of network infrastructure – switching / routing; exposure to NAS / SAN Devices; advanced MS Exchange 2000 to 2010; good knowledge of firewall appliances – specifically sonicwall; Cisco / aruba networking / wireless solutions a distinct advantage; phone systems including VOIP; scripting languages – VBScript; VMWare or Xen Server.

Desirable skills include: MCSA / MCSE and CCNA qualifications.

It is essential that you have a full driving licence and vehicle as travelling to client site will be required. You will also be required to undergo a CRB check in relation to this role.
