My client, a globally recognised manufacturer of household products, is looking for a maintenance engineering supervisor to join their team on a full time & permanent basis. To be successful in this role, you will need to be an experienced engineer with leadership experience, overseeing a maintenance engineering team. Ideally, you will have worked in a FMCG or high volume manufacturing environment, though any industry backgrounds are welcomed to apply. Candidates should hold a relevant qualification plus demonstrable experience working as a maintenance engineer in a manufacturing environment.

You could have worked as one of the following titles previously: maintenance team leader, maintenance supervisor, multi skilled maintenance engineer, manager, coordinator etc

Working as part of the shift engineering team, your primary objective will be to oversee the efficient running of all production and process machinery on site, this includes: leading a team, supporting the engineers in a technical capacity- reactive maintenance- attending to breakdowns, fault finding and repairing on a range of production/process machinery, planned maintenance- starting up of machinery, servicing, replacing of components periodically, project work- upgrades, modifications and supporting installation of new machinery.

The Person:

Experienced multi skilled maintenance engineer with leadership experience.

Worked in a production manufacturing facility- ideally Fast moving consumer goods or an alike industry.
