Salary: £66,000 – £90,000 per year
My client, a leading Residential Developer, are currently seeking a Sustainability Manager.
The role would suit an individual with experience in the construction industry and sustainability. You’ll be working on a new build residential developments ranging from apartment blocks to traditional residential schemes whilst interfacing with a large number of stakeholders (clients, local authorities, supply chain etc…). You will be supporting the management team providing expert advice to the companies projects.
The successful candidate MUST be:
·Clear on the requirements of the London Plan
·Familiar with the impending changes to Part L & F of the Building Regs
·Familiar with the Future Homes Standard
·Local Authority (London & Surrounding) Policy on Energy & Sustainability
·Overheating Assessments
