Estate Officer, Essex. Service Care Solutions are recruiting for an Estate Officer, for a Local Authority based in Essex. As an Estate Officer based in Essex it is essential that you have experience working in a housing background, managing dwellings and estates and the provision of housing services. It is essential that you have experience across a variety of housing matters including repairs, tenancies, and providing housing advice to residents should they require it.
As an Estate Officer based in Essex you will be responsible for providing day to day supervision and guidance to wardens in relation to the housing management of sheltered complexes within the estate patch; including assisting with the ordering of supplies and goods, residents consultation and maintaining contracts and repairs.
