Salary: £180 – £240 per hour
Role: Estates Terrier Officer
Contracting Authority: Environment Agency (DEFRA)
Contract Length: until 31/03/2022

Minimum Requirements:
• Some experience in dealing with and understanding legal documents relating to a diverse land and property estate
• An understanding and application of planning, property, and land legislation
• An understanding of the various legal rights and interests in land and the different types of agreements and property deeds that are required to secure such rights.
• an understanding of the management of diverse land and operational land portfolio including property management, valuation, and landlord and tenant issues.
• Knowledge of IT systems ( including excel, word ) and property records systems such as Estateman* ( * training will be provided)
• Confident communicator, able to engage professionally, efficiently, and effectively with colleagues and internal customers through good networking skills.
