Salary: £28,200 – £30,000 per year
PACKING / PRODUCTION TEAM LEADER
An experienced and self-starting Team Leader is required to manage, organise and co-ordinate the activities of a team of Packing Operatives within a fast-moving cGMP compliant environment.
The successful candidate will be required to perform the following duties:
* Leadership of the team
* Communications with various departments to ensure that all standards are maintained
* Training and development in conjunction with the Shift Supervisor
* Efficient planning and organisation of workload in conjunction with the Shift Supervisor
* Ensuring all Health & Safety standards are maintained
* People management
* Ensure accurate recording of information

The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following qualifications / experience / aptitude:
* Educated to a minimum GCSE Level C in English and Maths
* Good levels of literacy and numeracy – written & spoken
* Previous factory-based Supervisory experience
* Knowledge of FMCG manufacturing processes and/or cGMP standards
* Flexibility towards working hours as you may be required to cover Days and Shifts

THE PACKAGE:
This is a permanent position paying a salary of £28,200 – £30,000
Rotational Morning/Afternoon shift. Rotational hours are 05:45 to 14:15 Mon to Fri (Week 1) and 13:45 to 23:15 Mon to Thurs, 13:45 to 17:45 Fri (Week 2)
