Receptionist

Salary: £26,000 per year

Are you a genuine “people person” with a passion for Property? This company is one of the most prestigious names in the Sheffield Estate Agency sector, and have an amazing opening for a Receptionist to join their busy office. Ideally you will have a background in face to face and telephone customer service, dealing with people at all levels, and be comfortable in both a busy and professional environment.

In this role you will be the first port of call to people calling in, either on the phone or through the door – this could be potential buyer enquiries, sellers requesting an update – as the Agency deals with properties predominantly in the S10, S11 and S17 areas your professional manner will be essential. You will transfer calls using a switchboard, deal with enquiries yourself, take messages.

On top of this you will be involved in the admin side – updating clients and customers on the progress of their sale, ensuring all social media is up to date, as well as the window display, photocopying and dispatching documents on time and general ad-hoc admin work as and when required.
