Receptionist

Manpower is currently recruiting for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join a dedicated team in one of our NHS Trusts in Leeds.

You will be first point of contact for patients attending a range of medical and surgical clinics so experience within a face to face role is desirable. You will provide a professional reception service on the main reception of one of the outpatient departments. Your role will involve meeting and greeting patients, following up appointments, answering any questions and operating the call logging and internal/external paging systems.

It is essential that you have recent relevant experience within a similar role, excellent customer service experience and computer literate. This is a temporary ongoing position with the view to becoming a permanent member of the team and you will be required to work 37.5 hours a week, working various shifts.
