Receptionist

An exciting customer facing reception based role in the heart of Crawley paying up to £26,000.

Your new company
You will be working for my client based in the Crawley area within utilities.

Your new role
You will be the face of the business and will be responsible for the delivery of top notch customer service throughout reception on the site. You will actively manage the foyer area, queues and ensure that telephones are answered in a timely and professional manner. You will be providing general information on the local area, complete any necessary paperwork and to pro actively support and participate in site Engagement Team activities.

What you’ll need to succeed
If you are a responsible, flexible individual with a can do attitude then this position is for you. You will be innovative with a willing to present fresh ideas and possess a professional attitude. You will need to have previous experience within a similar environment with proficient computer skills especially within Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
