Landscaping Operations Manager

Salary: £54,000 per year

We are recruiting for a Landscaping Operations Manager on behalf of a Bali Accredited Landscaping Company that designs and installs show home and standard plot gardens and show areas for a number of the national and regional housebuilders. On offer is a salary of up to £54,000 per year plus company car or car allowance, 5 weeks holiday, pension and company benefits scheme plus mobile phone etc.,

The Operations Manager will:

• Work to ensure all allocated landscaping projects are delivered on time, to budget, match contractual specifications, meet with both financial and quality requirements and are completed to the Clients satisfaction.
• Offer best in sector customer service.
• Ensure the financial integrity and resource scheduling of allocated projects.
• Ensure all agreed prestart processes are followed, that site surveys, risk assessments and method statements are prepared ahead of the installation and that any site specific requirements are noted and communicated to the installation teams.
• Support the Senior Management and Sales Team in pre-tender meetings and throughout the tender process which will include client facing meetings.

To be considered for this job opportunity you will need:

• Operational Management experience ideally related to landscaping projects within the New Build Housing Sector.
• Strong leadership and people management skills to develop a hard-working, detail orientated team of landscaping professionals who will deliver the installation projects.
• A good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and excel which is used extensively for the planning, preparation, and cost recording of projects.
