Administration Assistant

Location: Kettering

Permanent/ full time: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm (1 hour for lunch)

Salary: £26,000per year D.O.E

Ascendant Recruitment are excited to be recruiting on behalf of their esteemed client based in Kettering. We are looking for an established Administrator with demonstrable office administration and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will come from an office background.

Key responsibilities of Administration Assistant:

Proactive day to day assistant to Internal Account manager needs and tasks set out by the Operations Manager.
Liaison with dealers and suppliers to aid progression of vehicles on order
Run monthly reports to be critiqued before sending by Internal Account Managers
Arrange and manage service booking for drivers as required
Other administrative duties and assisting wherever required
Continually focused on delivering excellent customer service
Ability to work within a team environment
Work with external suppliers as and when required
Ensure full knowledge of our systems and ensure they are kept up to date when dealing with any enquiry
Assist in preparing for client reviews, presentations as required
