Customer Services Adviser

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Cusomer Services Adviser within a dynamic and fast paced sales team. As a Customer Services Adviser within the Sales Team you will be responsible for handling incoming customer enquires, taking orders and upselling products.

Your duties will include:

Handling incoming telephone enquiries from customers, managing customers’ expectations, taking customer orders, building product knowledge and making recommendations, responding to online web chat enquiries, upselling products to customers, representing the brand and responding to email enquiries.

This role would suit someone with a background in a customer service or a sales team, who can react to customer enquiries and develop sales opportunities.

In return you will get a permanent job with a Salary: £26,000per year 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
