Salary: £26,000 per year
An award winning, market leading financial services organisation who require Customer Service Advisors to join their large contact centre team.
Based in Bradford, you will be the voice of this rapidly expanding company, assisting customers with their general queries and enquiries. Individuals from a targetted retail environment will also be considered for this role if you are ambitious and looking for your first step into the financial field.
Successful applicants must be able to make immediate impact on the business through the demonstration of excellent communication skills, as well as possessing a strong attention to detail and being driven by their own achievements.
NO PREVIOUS CALL CENTRE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED- HOWEVER YOU MUST BE AMBITIOUS, HARD WORKING AND HUNGRY TO SUCCEED WITH EXPERIENCE IN A CUSTOMER FOCUSED ROLE.
(SALARY DEPENDENT UPON EXPERIENCE.)

This role is a permanent full time position working 37.5hrs per week with shifts between 8am-9pm Monday-Friday and an alternate Saturday 9-5.30pm
