Office – home based and multi-site

Brand new role for an Operations / Regional Manager to cover the South East area below London.

You will be home based and cover multi-site locations between Canterbury and Bournemouth and responsible for existing sites plus new builds, all infrastructure, sales strategies, budget management, internal and external stakeholders, KPImanagement, brand reputation and service delivery & customer services excellence supported by head office operations and on-site teams.

To be considered for and be successful in this role you will need 3 years + proven commercial experience as a multi-site operations/regional manager within the hotel, leisure, retail or accommodation sectors. You must be dynamic and 100% customer service & service delivery focused, self-motivated, well organised and great under pressure. You must also have experience in hitting sales targets and meeting KPI’s.
