Lean Deployment Leader

Salary: £150 – £180 per day

Morson are currently recruiting for a Lean Deployment Leader based in the Isle of Wight.

We are looking for a Lean Thinker with expertise in Lean Transformation. This is a central role in developing the assigned area of the site in its deployment of the Lean Excellence Model.

Leading, coaching and influencing the Leadership in the assigned area, particularly Group Leaders and Team Leaders, ensuring rigour and fidelity to the Lean Excellence Model.

The role:

You will be required to develop Lean Expertise across the assigned area, ensuring you become self-sufficient in running the Lean Operating Model, working with others to ensure that all staff are fully certified in Lean Thinking at the appropriate level for their role

A good educational background, although a degree is not mandatory
An understanding of Lean Thinking and Lean Leadership
The demonstrated ability to influence at the Group Leader and Team Leader level, as well as the enabling functions.
Ability to lead, coach and mentor team members
Effective communicator, building effective teams
Highly enthusiastic for the change to a Lean Thinking organisationThis is a managerial position however there will be no direct reports.
