Recruitment Team Leader

Salary: £20.4 – £24 per hour

Our client supports hundreds of employers with the Kickstart Scheme and are a team of experts in supporting young people in making the transition from education to the world of work. They are now on the lookout for a Recruitment Team Leader Part Time to join them on an initial 6-month temporary basis.

Location: Brighton
Salary: £20.4 – £24per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 10am – 3.30pm (30-minute break)
Contract: 6 months

This isn’t your typical high-volume recruitment role; our client has the complexity of working across 100s of employers and engaging with Job Centres right across the UK. As part of their recruitment experience, candidates are invited to join group online sessions where they are given the space to think about what their brilliance is and then define how this translates into what contribution they can deliver to the employer. This has led to over 80% of candidates being interviewed being offered Kickstart roles.

This will be a hands-on recruitment delivery role in addition to managing reporting to track metrics and understand status across 1000s of roles and candidates across 100s of employers. You will also analyse pipeline, identifying issues and implementing fixes, managing relationships with the DWP and Job Centres, maximising efficiency of the recruitment process, updating documentation and leading the team to track and coordinate all activities, to enable them to perform to the best of their ability.
